Lunch at the Club
Begin with our Spiced Pumpkin Bisque — smooth, fragrant, and finished with orange sage crema. The Roasted Beet Salad pairs seared salmon with spinach, walnuts, and bleu cheese in a red wine vinaigrette, while our Monte Cristo offers a nostalgic twist: turkey, ham, and melted cheeses dipped in batter, lightly fried, and served with strawberry preserves.

Dinner Elevated
Evenings unfold with indulgent flavor and quiet elegance. Enjoy Lobster Risotto rich with tomato, basil, and tender lobster tail, or Seared Duck with Pumpkin Ravioli in sage-cherry sauce. For a showstopping experience, the Salt Block Seared Japanese Sirloin is prepared tableside — thinly sliced A5 sirloin with ginger soy, shiitake mushrooms, sticky rice, and tempura onions.
